The "Enterprise for Workers" ranking is based on a rigorous set of criteria developed by labor and trade specialists to ensure a thorough reflection of the actual situation of employment and occupational benefits. of the enterprise in terms of income, training, working environment, social welfare and physical and mental training. Particularly, the set of criteria gives special priority to those enterprises that have better welfare for employees and better implement the law. The ranked companies are also consulted at the union level in the branches, localities and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs throughout the country.
