VITAS Holds Seminar on Textile Science: The Key Factors for Making High Quality Woven Fabric

On 06/8/2018 in Hanoi, Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) in collaboration with the American Cotton Association and Cotton Incoporated (CI) held a seminar "Textile Science: the key element of high-quality woven fabric "to introduce domestic textile and garment enterprises as well as the dyeing and finishing of woven fabrics.
Attending the seminar were Mr. Vu Duc Giang - Chairman of VITAS; Mr. Man Yau Yu - Customer Care Director; Mr Jim Grow, Mr. Mike Tyndall, Ms. Jamie Franco - Consultant on Textile Training (CI Organization) and representatives from Northern textile companies attended.
Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Vu Duc Giang introduced the overview of the Vietnam Textile Industry, the advantages and challenges of the sector, as well as emphasized the importance of cotton in the development of the chain.
