  2. Prepare and implement recruitment plan - training personnel of the retail system.
  3.  Establish and maintain appropriate policies for the industry in a sustainable manner.
  4. Control work efficiency, assess KPIs, management levels and staff.
  5. Control of conflicts, conflicts arise, resolve and collective collective efficiency.
  6.  Reported results of operation day / week / month and specific request of the General Director

B. Job Request

  1. Graduated in Economics and Social Studies.
  2. Experienced human resource management in fashion retail business, office ... at equivalent level Head / Deputy.
  3. English and computer proficiency
  4. Ability to lead, problem solving ability
  5. Acceptance of work in high pressure environments
