2. Job description
- Planning, implementing and evaluating weekly / monthly / annual plans
- Develop and update work processes / regulations in accordance with ISO 9001 - 2015
- Develop training materials, conduct training, provide professional guidance to employees.
- Develop KPIs and evaluate the completion of the employee's monthly work.
- Organizing quality control of goods from raw materials to finished products in accordance with company regulations and in accordance with customer standards.
- Coordinate with department / department & customer to deal with arising issues related to product quality.
- Report on the actual quality of products week / month / year
