Recruiting Assistant General Manager

  • Working in high pressure environment.
  • Appearance: Height 1.58 m, delicate face, good looking.

2. Job description

    Administrative work:

  • Arrange the schedule, meeting schedule of the General Director (daily, quarterly or unexpected meeting).
  • Preparation of related procedures (visa, airfare, booking ...) to serve the mission of the Leaders.
  • To act as a liaison between the General Director and the relevant members and vice versa.
  • Assist the General Manager in summarizing documents / records upon request, and at the same time store important information / documents.
  • Gather information from the Departments to prepare meeting materials for the General Director.
  • Attend and secretary of the meeting between the CEO and the Board of Directors, heads of departments / divisions with client partners.
  • Drafting documents, documents, contracts, reports ... at the request of the General Director.

   Professional work:

  • Monitor and supervise the process of handling the problems arising in the department / division.
  • Support addressing incurred related to the production process - business within the scope of authorization.

3. Regime

  • Allowance: Rice, telephone, per diem / allowance.
