2. Job description
Administrative work:
- Arrange the schedule, meeting schedule of the General Director (daily, quarterly or unexpected meeting).
- Preparation of related procedures (visa, airfare, booking ...) to serve the mission of the Leaders.
- To act as a liaison between the General Director and the relevant members and vice versa.
- Assist the General Manager in summarizing documents / records upon request, and at the same time store important information / documents.
- Gather information from the Departments to prepare meeting materials for the General Director.
- Attend and secretary of the meeting between the CEO and the Board of Directors, heads of departments / divisions with client partners.
- Drafting documents, documents, contracts, reports ... at the request of the General Director.
Professional work:
- Monitor and supervise the process of handling the problems arising in the department / division.
- Support addressing incurred related to the production process - business within the scope of authorization.
