A. Job description.
- University degree or higher in economics
- Certificate of CEO and other training in corporate management.
- Experience: At least 05 years as Chief Operating Officer / Deputy General Director at medium to large manufacturing companies.
- Knowledgeable in business management: Business Administration - Marketing, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Production Management ...
- Experience and knowledge of ISO, 5S, Lean, KPIs
- Fluency in English and computer literacy.
B. Job Requirement.
- Join the Board of Directors to develop the vision, mission, core values, goals, business plans in each stage of the company.
- Manage the human resources and workflow systems in a new model compatible with 4.0 technology.
- Maintaining, improving technical solutions, machinery and equipment to meet the production and business strategy of the company in each period.
- Planning monthly / quarterly and directing the implementation of production and business activities
- Build budget, cost norms and control, optimize efficiency and strategy to increase revenue and profit target.
- Assess the performance of departments.
- Report on production and business activities of the Company periodically and upon request to the Board of Directors.
